We, at the Harper Agency, have been called upon for 45 years now in order to serve legal documents, such documents ranging from the straight forward Statutory Demands to the more complex Freezing Orders/Injunctions. currently we are enjoying  a success rate of personal service at the level of 91%. the remainder is completed by way of substituted service.

We are well accustomed to providing our clients (mainly Solicitors) with evidence of service. This takes the form of either:-

i.    An Affidavit of Service.

ii.   Witness Statement and Exhibit.

iii.   Certificate of Service and Attachment.
